Another ATach. Different Location

Another ATach. Different location.

AT #LAT mapped to the inferior portion of our patient’s crista terminalis. ATach map checklist to confirm our map makes sense with our EP Study:

✅ The body of our RA is mostly green

✅ Red at the “head” of activation timing isn’t meeting the purple “tail” you would see if it was atrial flutter

And there she was at the onset of our P wave. With a uni so negative Nelly’d be jealous, we bump termed and found our #oneburn 💣

SVT Strikes Back

SVT storm: the posteralseptal pathway strikes back ⚡️

Super cool PS pathway ablation with suppression in the right atrium, but the ultimate kill shot in the left atrium. Let’s get into it!

EP study revealed our patient had a ~ not your everyday ~ kinda pathway. Seizing our opportunity we started mapping with our STSF and were pumped to be 22ms early near the CS OS!

Ablation on and we had terminated our tach after ~3 seconds of RF

Due diligence being done, we checked our work to find out that we weren’t quite finished yet. A dose of isuprel brought our tach back more amped up, going from CL 360➡️350. Mission reengaged.

With our Ultrasound catheter ready for transseptal, we head to the left to find our #burnandterm. Iso-ed our work and tested it twice, we were noninducible 🥳

#ePeeps did you catch the fusion beat at the finish?

Trick or Treat AT

Trick or treat? An ATach disguised as return of the CTI flutter, sure feels like it’s spooky season

Our patient came in symptomatic with what looked to be recurrent typical flutter.

Sinus map to start, we were about as tickled as the tissue that kept firing PACs (purple tags) when our EP study induced tach at 290ms. As always, the mission, to find our #oneburn

With the CTI confirmed to be blocked, we found ourselves not tricked but treated to find our ~suss~ PAC area of interest come full circle. Activation sure seemed early at and that signal😍got it at the green #burnandterm followed only by sinus
