Incessant atrial tach near the slow path way was trying to trick us into thinking the patient’s prior AVNRT had come back. V pacing showed a V A A V response, and then it was game time.

With the help of Coherent we could visualize how the signals fed from our early area. Ripple came in with the homerun to show our ground zero point. And there she was we found our juicy signal to correlate. 💣 Atach gone.
